So, We have 24 hours in a day, and personally, I like to get about 7-8 hours of sleep each night, at least during the work week. That leaves us roughly 16 or 17 hours in our days. Week in Review

Twas the night before Christmas, and all thru the week, my attempt at the diet was meager and meek. Fall Weight Loss Plan
